I set off for a 1 hour walk around our local farm and wood land, paying attention to rivers & Streams and Hedgerows.
All set with my rubber glove and a bag to collect any rubbish, and oh my i found a lot!

This is the bag of rubbish that i came back with - finding dog balls, dog toys, kids toys, cans, and so much PLASTIC. Of particular note was how all the trees in the woodland have PLASTIC tubing round their base, which peels away when the tree grows, but then is left to pollute the ground, harming animals and blocking rivers and streams from flowing properly - upsetting the whole natural ecosystem.
Can Farmers not use biodegradable material to make these?
